For your consideration is a vintage humorous monkey cartoon postcard postmarked 1945. It is shows 3 monkeys playing jump rope with one of the monkey's tail & it reads: It's A Long Tail...But I'm Not Skipping Anything At This Place! The colors are vibrant in orange, brown, light green, etc. It does have writing on the back in pencil & it is very sincere & caring. From a son in the service who is in the hospital & writing to his father. This is towards the end of WWII. Except for some very very minor corner scuffs & light postal stamp mark that came thru a little, it is in excellent vintage condition. No tears or stains. Dimensions are approx.: 3 1/2"W X 5 1/2"L.
