This apple is almost guaranteed to keep the doctor away! It is a darling red with green leaves & brown stemmed apple. Almost looks good enough to eat! The colors are still vibrant with only minor paint flaking around the edge of the opening of the planter. The color red changes gradually at the bottom to a apple green to light yellow. It is clean inside & out. Marked twice & numbered on the bottom: Original red & goldtone label: Rubens Originals Japan, Los Angeles; #469, (Stamped in a circle in black) Rubens (a crown on each side) Japan on the bottom. Also, a big raised "R". In excellent vintage condition. Except for the paint flaking on the edge, it hasn't any cracks or chips. Dimensions are approx. 5"T (Top of stem).
