A gorgeous Napoleon III French ormolu and art glass watch holder vitrine. A prong-set glass door cut with a thick beveled edge opens to reveal a watch holder stand surrounded by sunflowers, scrolling leaves and rocailles. All is housed in a rich yellow and white splatter glass encasing, embellished by an ornate gilt ormolu final and four lion paw feet. In very good condition. Pocket watch is not included. Measures 6 1/2"" tall x 3 1/2" wide.
