A gorgeous Napoleon III era French blue opaline glass casket, decorated with thick chamfer beveled cut edges and corners. Ornate gilt bronze mounts circle the box, with raised scrolling foliate and rocailles. In very good condition with no damage to the glass. Lacking a key. Measures 5 3/8" in length, 3 3/4" in width and 4 1/4" in height.
