A charming pair of antique 19th century French mother of pearl opera glasses with case! The paneling is just beautifully done, a very elegant white that illuminates with a lovely rainbow of iridescent-displaying magnificent flashes of color! Marked along the eye pieces with La Favorite Paris.

In good condition, views nicely. The case shows wear from age, and it does not close as the top mechanism is not working properly and the fabric lining the interior lid is missing. The opera glasses measure 3 7/8" in length and about 2 1/8" in height. The glasses can extend to a height of 2 3/4".
