A wonderful pair of antique 19th century .800 sterling silver figural grape shears or scissors, beautifully decorated with a man and woman harvesting grapes! The handles are embellished with embossed leaf and grape motifs, with a man and woman standing side by side in country dress atop rocailles. A beautiful piece to add to any silver collection. Marked along the handle with worn hallmarks that appear to be the crescent moon and crown of Germany with .800 for finesse. In wonderful condition. The shears measure about 5 1/8" in length.
