This is a charming and important piece of Warner Bothers history. This is a production cell of Tweety from the 1982 cartoon, An Ounce Of Prevention, by Warner Bros. This is an original production cel and animation drawing from the personal estate of Mel Blanc. Mel Blanc was the voice of Disney’s Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies characters. It is signed by Mel Blanc with the saying, I Tout I Taw A Puddy Tat! Tweety first showed up in 1942 in " A Tale Of Two Kitties". This historical piece has been professionally framed to meet all archival framing standards including Tru Vue conservation glass to protect from ultraviolet light. The cel measures 7 ½ inches by 7 ½ inches and the overall frame is 17 ½ inches square.
