Yes, I know - this luster is magnificent! It is, by far, the nicest I've seen in years. Different portraits alternate around the top which is augmented with ornated gold tracery trim and mosque-like peaks. Undoubtedly Bohemian in origin (very Moser-like). And, take a good look at the prisms! They're the best I've ever seen anywhere - irreplaceable! They're very rare with a very unique cut pattern on them. The prisms will be removed and packed individually for shipping. The lustre is opaque white glass cut to clear. It measures 12" tall. Condition is excellent with very little gold wear and only a couple of very minor tiny chips on a couple of the prisms - no chips or cracks on the body of the piece. A similar pair of lusters but without the portrait panels sold for $3,000 recently at a local auction and another similar pair is listed in a recent addition of Miller's!
