Made in Switzerland, the face of this watch says "Orator" as well as "Swiss". The watch is fitted into a round, ball pendant of cobalt blue enamel on gold wash sterling silver. I know when I first acquired it I was able to unscrew the ball to doublecheck the works and the sterling content, however, today when I was photographing it, I was unable to unscrew. I guarantee that it is sterling silver, made in Switzerland. The watch runs, keeps good time, then stops after a few hours.
