Antique Gilt Bronze Jewelled Metal Custard Glass Vase

The jewelled metal mount for this vase is fabulous! Large Faux cabochon ruby jewels as well as smaller faux turquoise ones. The custard glass fluoresces under UV light. It is adorned with enamel handpainted decoration. Please note the very large rim damage - a chunk of glass is missing. You will also note that there is a thin red line around the neck which is a marking I made to indicate where a glasscutter could cut it down to retain the vase as is OR if you can find another item to fit into the jewelled base you will really have an even more extraordinary piece! Priced as is and predominately for the base. Approx. 9 3/4" high.
