For starters, I just love the Limoges plates that have this kind of frilly edge! This gorgeous plate has a double edge of brushed gold as well as a concentration of gold on the top and bottom. This one appears to be a factory-decorated cabinet plate partly transfer and partly handpainted with shades of lavender/pinks in the form of draping wisteria blossoms. Very feminine.
