Old/Antique Royal Winton Chintz Royalty Handled Bowl

Not sure the function or the name of this item, but it is an ovoid, tab-handled piece in a very art-deco shape. It measures 9 1/2" x 5 3/4" x 1 1/8". It is in excellent condition in that it has no chips, cracks, or repairs but their is surface crazing which is most evident in the photo of the reverse side. From the front you need to look under a magnifier to see it.
