Canadian? Perhaps. The leaves along the outer band appear to be stylized maple or thistle leaves. There are a series of hallmarks on the reverse that appear to be British hallmarks (anchor, lion, and letter E). There are two different machine engineered patterns under the guilloche enamelwork - enlarge photos to see. Excellent condition with no damages. Old "C" clasp on reverse. 2" diameter not counting the small 3-circle drop on the bottom edge. This is a very solid and good looking pin.
