Here is a gorgeous Art Deco evening purse by Stefen. His bags were made in the 1930s of the highest quality and style and this one is in excellent condition. It has a beautiful shape with pleats coming from the rounded up bottom. The rounded frame is gold with gorgeous engravings and the clasp decoration with the marcasite is silver. All of the stones are present and sparkle. The velvet handle is soft and intact. The inside is lined in black satin with two open pockets and a coin purse. It is signed too. It looks like some perfume spilled on the bottom a long time ago. There is normal vintage wear to the bottom corners and some wear to the bottom edges. Measurements are 9 inches wide and 5 inches tall and 2 inches deep. The handle has a 6 inch drop.
