Here is a beautiful black velvet pouch purse with a lovely yellow carved celluloid frame dotted with black cabachon rhinestones. It is from the 1940s and in excellent condition. The inside is lined with black satin and there is a matching button closure coin purse too. Measurements are 10 inches wide and 7 inches tall and 5 inches deep. The handle has a 5 1/2 inch drop.
