Beautiful Art Deco silver metal tango-chain vanity compact by Terri. Made in the early 1920s it is in excellent condition. It has gorgeous engine-turned case. A monogram space in the middle on the front and the back. Beautiful floral embossing on the sides on the back and the front. It is a tango-chain vanity, it has a black celluloid lipstick at the end of the chain which is functioning and has ruby red lipstick in it. Push the engraved button on the side and there is an open space for cigarettes (originally), business cards, pills, etc, a clear glass mirror on the other side with two compartments of pressed powder and rouge. Original puffs included and some makeup is left. There are some light scratches and wear to the silver on the outside. Nothing that takes away from the compact, I did not clean this item at all and do not suggest it. Another Art Deco beauty. Measurements are 2 1/4 inches wide and 3 inches long and 3/4 inches deep. The chain is 3 inches long.
