Black Victorian Lace-Up Boots

$89 USD Offers ConsideredBlack Victorian Lace-Up Boots

Clothing:By Period:Victorian:Shoes
These boots have Western Made and Well Made printed on the interior of the boot. These are still supple but as you can see have been worn. The soles are worn and there is no flaking - yet. These would need conditioning in order to retard the flaking. The toes have some scuffing. I believe the shoe laces to be original to the shoe and there is a slight musty odor - not overpowering. They are 9" tall from the bottom of the heel to the top of the boot and they measure 9-7/8" on the inside from the ...
Brown Walk Over Victorian Boots

$115 USD Offers ConsideredBrown Walk Over Victorian Boots

Clothing:By Period:Victorian:Shoes
This is a great pair of Victorian boots that are marked Walk Over Custom Grade. They measure 10-1/2" on the inside from the toe to the heel and are 2-7/8" wide across the ball of the foot. Measured on the outside from the toe to the heel they measure 9" and they are 10" tall from the bottom of the heel to the top of the boot. The heels are 2-1/2" tall and are great heels. I wear a size 8AA and I couldn't get my foot in these so I would suggest that you subtract 1-1/2" from the inside measurement ...
Brown Edwardian Lace-Up Supple Boots

$59 USD Offers ConsideredBrown Edwardian Lace-Up Supple Boots

Clothing:By Period:Edwardian:Shoes
This is simply a wonderful pair of supple brown Edwardian boots. The leather is in amazing shape. The lining around the top on the inside of the boot is leather. They are marked Special Aid on both soles and therein lies the problem - both of the soles are cracked. I'm sure you could probably find a shoe repair place and they could replace the sole and heels - don't know if you could wear them as is. There is some minor scuffing and a scuff on one of the toes but they are soft. A great wearable ...
Black Lace-Up Victorian Boots - Old Store Stock

$150 USD Offers ConsideredBlack Lace-Up Victorian Boots - Old Store Stock

Clothing:By Period:Victorian:Shoes
The uppers of these boots are very supple and they have never been worn. There are a few tiny rubs from storage. One boot has a yellow label that reads Dr. Chase's Cushion Comfort Trade Mark Reg. They measure 9" on the inside from the toe to the heel and from the bottom of the heel to the top of the boot they measure 8-1/2" tall. The heels 1-1/4" tall. The widest portion of the ball of the foot is 2-7/8". The laces appear to be original to the boot. The heels are marked Spring Step and the ...
NOS Black Lace-Up Edwardian Boots Rounded Toe

$135 USD Offers ConsideredNOS Black Lace-Up Edwardian Boots Rounded Toe

Clothing:By Period:Edwardian:Shoes
I am calling these boots Edwardian due to the rounded toe - from catalogues, they made button and lace-up boots through the 20's. These boots are old store stock and not as supple as some of the others and the leather is not shiny. They also appear to have the original laces. They measure 9-1/2" on the inside from the toe to the heel and the widest portion of the ball of the foot measures 3" - these appear to be more narrow than usual even though they measure 3". The heels are 1-1/2" tall and ...
Old Levi Garrett & Sons Tobacco Jar

$18 USD Offers ConsideredOld Levi Garrett & Sons Tobacco Jar

Collectibles:Tobacciana
This is an old Tobacco Scotch & Rappee Snuff Manufactured and Sold by Levi Garrett & Sons. The remnant of the cork is still in the bottle and the label is torn as shown. There are blue remnants of a label on the sides. It measures 4-1/4" tall and is about 2-1/4" wide. And, of course it is empty. I am also including 6 cigar coupons.
Old Store Stock Brown Net Seamed Old Hosiery

$18 USD Offers ConsideredOld Store Stock Brown Net Seamed Old Hosiery

Collectibles:Vintage:Hosiery
This pair of hosiery is marked Queen Anne's Lace. The tops are rayon and so is the foot portion. They are marked seconds on the toe portion. The tops measure 11" in diameter (unstretched). They measure about 28" from the top to the top of the heel and from the heel to the toe they measure about 9-1/2". There may be some subtle discoloration from storage and from where they have been folded. They are also seamed. These are probably an earlier version of "fish net" stockings.
Two Tone Beige Gray Leather Canvas Victorian Shoes

$89 USD Offers ConsideredTwo Tone Beige Gray Leather Canvas Victorian Shoes

Clothing:By Period:Victorian:Shoes
This is a pair of two-tone beige leather and canvas upper lace-up shoes. They are narrow and the toe is pointed. They measure 9-1/4" on the inside from the toe to the back of the heel and the widest portion of the ball of the foot is 2-3/4" - very narrow and would probably be best used for display. As you should be able to see, there are scuff marks on the toes and wear to the back of the heels. The good news is that there are no moth holes on the uppers. They are marked N. B. Hayes and Company, ...
Old Pair of Round Plastic Eyeglasses with Retractible Chain

$28 USD Offers ConsideredOld Pair of Round Plastic Eyeglasses with Retractible Chain

Collectibles:Vintage:Eyeglasses
This pair of old eyeglasses is sold as found including the old eyeglass case. One side of the plastic surrounding one lens is broken - I would imagine it could be glued and the lens put back in. The button chain says McDougall ketchall on the back and there is some discoloration of the metal so it is difficult to read. The bottom portion of the nose piece says Shur-On. The lenses measure 1" in diameter and the button chain still works and is attached as shown. The eyeglasses measure 4" from side ...
Unworn Seamed Round the Clock Stockings or Hosiery

$16 USD Offers ConsideredUnworn Seamed Round the Clock Stockings or Hosiery

Collectibles:Vintage:Hosiery
The label reads Round the Clock Nylon Model 9-1/2-M Individual Fit. It has a nylon top and the color is Moderne - remnants of the original package are included. A note indicates that there was a limited supply of nylon and that when nylon became more plentiful they would change the construction and make all stockings of total nylon. They measure 31" from the heel to the top and the tops are 12-1/2" in diameter. There is a tiny little snag toward the top of one of the stockings. The foot is ...
Edwardian Men's Shoes

$150 USD Offers ConsideredEdwardian Men's Shoes

Clothing:By Period:Edwardian:Shoes
These shoes are in great condition - they must have been saved for special occasions. They are a smaller size for men though. They measure 10-3/4" on the inside from the toe to the heel, 11-1/2" from the toe to the heel on the outside, 4" across the ball of the foot and they are 6-1/4" tall. They are marked 8 on the insole and on the canvas lining they are marked Peters Cascade St. Louis. The bottoms read Peters Shoe Companies Diamon. The right shoe on the outside is not as shiny as the other ...
Vintage 1940's Advance Dress Pattern

$18 USD Offers ConsideredVintage 1940's Advance Dress Pattern

Vintage Cheramy April Showers Gift Set

$58 USD Offers ConsideredVintage Cheramy April Showers Gift Set

Collectibles:Vanity Items:Perfume
This is a great Cheramy April Showers Gift Set. Victorian Colonial Patent Leather Shoes

$105 USD Offers ConsideredVictorian Colonial Patent Leather Shoes

Clothing:By Period:Victorian:Shoes
This is a pair of wonderful Victorian shoes. I found a similar pair on page 1036 of the 1902 Sears Roebuck catalogue and they called them Women's Patent Leather Colonial", the latest fad in a ladies' dress shoe. The patent leather is still supple but probably requires conditioning as they appear to have been stored without any tissue for support. There are some rubs and a few tiny scrapes on the sides but nothing glaring. Unfortunately, there is only one buckle on one shoe and I was hesitant to ...

Black Victorian Button Shoes

$89 USD Offers ConsideredBlack Victorian Button Shoes

Clothing:By Period:Victorian:Shoes
This is a smaller pair of Victorian women's button shoes probably the "every day" working version. The toes are rounded which gave more comfort and these boots have sure "seen some walking". The heels are worn and the soles are very worn as you should be able to see from the photos. The nails are showing on the bottoms of the heels and the inside is marked "The Denver" They measure 9" on the inside of the shoe, the widest portion of the ball of the foot measures 3" and they are 7-1/2" tall. The ...
Black Victorian Lace-Up Boots

$59 USD Offers ConsideredBlack Victorian Lace-Up Boots

Clothing:By Period:Victorian:Shoes
This pair of ladies boots still has very supple leather. The tongues have worn thin and the felt backing is coming off the tongues. They measure 9" on the inside of the shoe from the toe to heel and are 2-3/4" wide at the ball of the foot. They are also 9-1/2" tall from the bottom of the heel to the top of the boot. There is wear to the heels and soles and there is also a 1/2" scuff mark on one heel and minor scuff marks on the toes. The heels are 2-1/4" tall and the original laces are still ...
Bronzed Victorian Button Shoe Bookends

$25 USD Offers ConsideredBronzed Victorian Button Shoe Bookends

Clothing:By Period:Victorian:Shoes
This is a pair of real bronzed Victorian button baby shoe bookends - one of the buttons actually moves. They weigh a little over 4 pounds and are marked Perma Plated Product. The bottoms are heavy metal. Please note the discoloration on one of the shoes - don't know if you could clean them or not. There is also some metal discoloration underneath. They are 4-3/4" tall and the base is 6" x 3".
Old Store Stock Men's Vintage Hosiery

$10 USD Offers ConsideredOld Store Stock Men's Vintage Hosiery

Clothing:Mens
This is a pair of old store stock men's hosiery that shows signs of storage and would need to be laundered. 1870's Purple Velvet Bustle with Beadwork

$2,025 USD Offers Considered1870's Purple Velvet Bustle with Beadwork

Clothing:By Period:Victorian:Clothing
This is a wonderful example of a high-style carriage outfit made for the rich and pampered during the 1870's period. I tried to get the true color but for some reason the flash didn't exactly capture it. This is a very dark purple and luxurious velvet. The sleeves were made for those ladies that simply sat with their arms to their sides - they probably had a maid to do any carrying of parcels, etc. The beadwork consists of dark blue carnival beads. There was a missing piece of beadwork on each ...
Black Canvas Leather Victorian Boots or Shoes - Size 8

$125 USD Offers ConsideredBlack Canvas Leather Victorian Boots or Shoes - Size 8

Clothing:By Period:Victorian:Shoes
I know these are a size 8 because I wear a size 8 AA and they fit very well. The upper inside is lined with a small amount of black silk or satin which has not shredded. They have been worn and the canvas uppers do not have any moth holes. There is a tiny 1/8" or smaller shredding area on the inside of the left boot. There is also some wear to the leather at the back of the boot which you should be able to see. The bottoms of the soles are worn and there are some scuffs on the toes and minor ...
NOS Black Victorian Lace-Up Boots

These shoes measure 9-1/2" tall, the heel is 1-1/2" tall, the ball of the foot is 3" wide and they are 9-3/8" long measured on the inside from the toe to the back of the heel. Large White Victorian Half Slip

This is a large Victorian slip that appears to have been either let down or taken up a few times. There are a few mended areas but the for the most part in average condition. The waist measures 42" and it is 38" long. The circumference around the bottom measures 112". It has been starched and there is wear in some places to the hem where it is folded.
Two Amber Colored Hatpins

$24 USD Offers ConsideredTwo Amber Colored Hatpins

Clothing:By Period:1940's:Accessories:Hatpins
These hatpins have been used and the top portion is an amber or brown colored hard plastic type material. The largest one is 5-3/4" long and the top is 1-1/2" x 1-1/8". The metal portion appears to be of brass but there is some wear so it may be painted a brass color. The smaller hatpin measures 5-1/2" long and the top measures 1" x 1-1/8". Please e-mail with any questions.
Larger Victorian Metal Jewelry Box

$39 USD Offers ConsideredLarger Victorian Metal Jewelry Box

Clothing:By Period:Victorian:Accessories
This item has some tarnishing and unfortunately the front portion has an area of about a 1" arrow shape puncture - no hole but something pushed through the metal but hard to see because it occurred on a design. Tried to get you a picture of it. The hinges are still great and it is marked 189 B & W on the bottom. It measures 5-1/2" wide, is about 4" deep and is about 3-1/2" tall.
Two Piece Larger Size Victorian Dress

$285 USD Offers ConsideredTwo Piece Larger Size Victorian Dress

Clothing:By Period:Victorian:Clothing
This dress is made of a nubby textured black material and is rather heavy. The skirt is not lined and when you hold it up to the light you can see scattered small holes but you can't see them ordinarily. The top is lined with black polished cotton and the seams are finished in both pieces. The red material is protected by the black lace but it appears that there will be deterioration of the red material - you have to look closely to see this. There are hooks and eyes that need to be added. This ...
Two Pairs 72" Black Old Store Stock Shoe Laces

$10 USD Offers ConsideredTwo Pairs 72" Black Old Store Stock Shoe Laces

Clothing:By Period:Victorian:Shoes
These shoe laces are marked "for work shoes" but I measured the width against a reproduction pair of 63" shoe laces and they are 1/8" wide while the reproduction pair is just a tiny bit shy of 1/8" and they appear to be stronger. The good news is that I run out of room sometimes with the 63" length and these would give you plenty of room for lacing and tying. They have heavy duty plastic tips.
Vintage Black Straw Large Hat

$32 USD Offers ConsideredVintage Black Straw Large Hat

Clothing:Womens:Hats
If I didn't know better, I would guess this to be an Edwardian Hat; however, the straw is heavier and the flowers are newer. There are no tags and inside circumference measures about 22", the crown is about 4" tall and from side to side it measures 16-1/2". The brim measures 4-1/2". There are no defects that I can see and the straw is flexible and tightly woven. You could make it a great Edwardian hat as a replica with vintage flowers or feathers. I would guess this hat to date to the 70's.
