This is a California and U.S. "Points of Interest and Touring Map," also illustrated with small color pictures of popular tourist destinations. The booklet measures 8" x 9," and then folds in half one more time. There are a total of 19 pages. The folds along the staple line are starting to give out. Other folds are fragile but generally hanging together. All pages are slightly loose. No pages are missing. Although slightly darkened with age, this booklet has kept its color remarkably well. One of the previous owners made some pencil marks on the U.S. map page. Otherwise, A-OK. This is 1948, when gas was 26 cents a gallon...
