Our shop was named "Tender Mercies" in remembrance of Bruce Beresford's restorative tale of the same name, about a down and out, depressed singer whose new family will not let his past heartbreaks bring him down again. In the spirit of that story, each exceptional but no longer new item in our shop is here waiting to be discovered and redeemed by you, someone we hope will care for, preserve, and treasure it.

Like you, Stephanie Fox is a collector and Ruby Lane shopper, and so she knows first hand the kind of customer service you want. She knows you have many choices for your antique and collectible shopping, and she appreciates those who choose to do business with her.
