Welcome to Appletree Junction Antiques! Our main goal is to provide our customers with professional service along with quality Vintage and Antique Collectibles including a huge inventory of Jewelry. Your happiness with the items that you purchase and the service you receive from us is our first priority. We respond to all orders within 24 hours, usually within 1 to 2 hours. All items are MINT unless otherwise described. We guarantee the authenticity of all our items and accept all major credit or debit cards directly through Paypal without signing up. We also accept Paypal payments and US postal money orders only.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship via USPS unless your purchase is larger then we will ship via UPS. We always ship items with insurance and delivery confirmation. Each item will be clearly stated with a shipping charge at the end of the description. All items are professionally wrapped with bubble wrap and peanuts and placed in a sturdy box, this includes your jewelry purchases.
For orders outside the United States, please e-mail us for shipping costs. All non US buyers must pay through Paypal. All items will be insured if insurance is available. Buyers outside of the United States take responsibility for items lost or broken that we are unable to insure.

Restocking Fee:
All items may be subject to a handling fee which includes any credit card fees and free shipping fees we have incurred. ALL damaged or stolen items will be FULLY REFUNDED through the shipper, as all items are insured.



RETURN POLICY: Your trust and satisfaction is very important to us. If you feel you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item either by e-mail or phone.

Your return must be mailed within 7 business days of the date you have contacted us regarding the return of the item, using the same shipping method, which includes insurance. Upon receiving the returned item in the same condition as you received it, we will promptly refund your money less any fees that may apply. Please e-mail us if you have any questions.

Other Information:
ONLY US Postal Money Orders will be accepted which you may purchase at your local post office.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

All US postal money order payments must reach us within 7 days of your purchase, or items will be restocked.

Items purchased under "This Week's Arrivals" category must be paid within 2 days of your purchase or items will be restocked.

Illinois residence add 6.5% sales tax.
