The Necklace is a 15 inch long Rhodium plated strand with sixty-six sparkling 4mm size, prong set crystal Chatons running the full length of the strand! The center motif has 15 dripping faceted black pear shaped Rhinestones each prong set measuring 1/2 inch long by 2/8 of an inch wide or approximately 3-4 carats each! This type of jewelry was very popular when Roosevelt was in office as he loved to hold 'Black & White' Balls. The matching Earrings are signed 'WEISS', Necklace is unsigned, securing with a clip-back closure measuring 1 inch long by 1/2 inch wide.
