This is quite the unusual vintage 1930s-40s black celluloid Brooch hand crafted in layers of etched feathers in a pinwheel motif. The center of the Brooch has an applied Celluloid beaded rosette which creates the flower. Beautiful Brass filigree backing securing with the original pin-stem closure; large but not to weighty due to the material this lovely Brooch is crafted in giving you a big bold look without the weight! Very unique and beautiful, measuring 2 ½" in diameter and 1 1/4" deep. Appearing to be unworn!
