This is a fabulous antique Victorian era Vanity Box made of Celluloid with a splendid winter scene with a church and cottage sitting near a stream. Complete with the original brass latches and hinges and the original blue felt lining. The inside of this wonderful antique Vanity Box has a 3 inch square beveled mirror attached to the lid. The Box measures 6 ¼ by 8 inches and stands 3 ½ inches tall. The Vanity Box is in excellent condition. The celluloid winter scene has a 2 ½ inches stress line from the moon to the cottage. Overall it’s in great shape for being over 100 years old!
