Exquisite Hand Painted Portrait on Ivory Pendant in 18K with Diamonds

This is an exquisite portrait of an 18th century woman on ivory. It is set in 18k gold filigree frame and decorated with 3 small diamonds (approximately .15 ct) and platinum highlights on the hairdress, necklace and earrings. The pin measures 1.75" by 1.25". It is marked "KT 18 Italy". It is signed HIL on the lower right corner of the portrait. It also has a .5" loop for a necklace. The portrait is finely painted. The condition is excellent.
