Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, packaging and insurance. We do not have a handling fee. All Customs Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the full responsibility of the buyer.

We make every effort to accommodate our customers and forward parcels as soon as we receive payment. We do not however have control over Canada Post or alternate shipping venues and cannot offer guarantees of delivery times beyond those offered by the shipping companies.

If we do not hear back within three days of our e-mail on mailing charges, we cannot promise that any item will continue to be held on reserve.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 20% restocking fee on all items returned.

Other Information:
Ontario/Canadian residents must add applicable taxes.

We accept cash, Paypal, International Postal Money Order (pink form only), or Western Union payments (wired payments or International Pink Money Orders only).
