Antique Bar Pin 14 Kt. Sapphire Blue With Real Pearls

This is a fabulous early twentieth century bar brooch with open work gold framing pearls on either side of a sapphire blue center. We have not had this checked so are not certain exactly what the central stone is; the pearls however feel gritty when rubbed across the teeth and appear to be natural pearls as they are slightly irregular in shape. The pin is stamped 14K with what looks like a key. This lovely brooch is two inches in length and in excellent condition.
