This is a beautiful old dresser jar in a translucent soft green satin glass, richly hand painted with purple and while poppies with multi-hued green foliage. The hinged trinket or jewelry box stands 3 5/8" high and measures approximately 5" across. There is chip on the inside of the bottom at the back towards the hinge that shows in the photos but is not at all noticeable and the box is otherwise in excellent condition and exceptionally lovely.
