This antique miniature book is just 17/8" by 1 3/8" across. It was published by Breed, Butler & Co. in Buffalo in 1863. The cover is a textured cloth with gilding that is worn but still legible on the front cover. The spine has pulled away however this could be easily mended with a touch of glue. All 64 pages are present and tell brief stories of English monarchs, burnt cakes etc.

The book is purported to be quite rare. It is overall in good/very good condition espescially considering its 140 some odd years in existence. Lovely find for the collector of miniature books.
