This squirrel figurine is based on the Beatrix Potter illustrations for her beloved book, The Tale of Timmy Tiptoes, the 17th of her 23 books that have so delighted children around the world since they were first published in the early 1900's. The backstamp on this figure is 3a, issued in 1973-74. Timmy is 3 3/4" tall and in excellent condition.
