William Wild Etching "Greetings from the Wild's Of East Aurora"

We believe this intaglio print is an etching that was likely sent by the artist and his family as a holiday greeting to friends from their home in East Aurora. The print show a lone deer in the forest with snow sweeping through the silent woods. It is signed in pencil W. Wild at the bottom right and has the monogram W at the bottom left. The print is not signed but dates from c. 1930. The frame dimensions are 9” high by 11” wide, and the inner window is 3 3/4" by 4 ½". Both the frame and print are in excellent condition.
