Vintage Silver Pendant Monogrammed JMC EAGLEMAN

I always am fascinated by old monogrammed items and this silver pendant is particularly intriguing. On one side, it has the initials 'JMC' (JWC?) in beautiful script, and the other is stippled 'Eagleman'. The pendant measures 1 1/4" by 5/8" exclusive of the bale and weighs 8.7 grams. The bale is marked on both sides. One side has what looks like FLH (or FLH) and the other has two marks one of which looks like 191 ? R and the other is illegible. The pendant is in good condition with age related tarnish that could be removed if desired.
