This is quite a beautiful Edwardian box with lovely graphics of a pretty young woman in a large hat with a pink rose. We don't know exactly what it was originally used for but it must have been something feminine and the inside is fitted with floral paper on each side. The box measures 12" by 7" by 1 1/8" and is in very good condition overall. There is some edge and corner wear, light stains, and the two top corners are torn as is part of the paper covering on the back. It is still however a very lovely box with great graphics.
