This magnificent set has the crescent moon and crown hallmarks, the national marks of Germany that were introduced in 1886 and made mandatory in 1888. It consists of a fabulous blown glass decanter wonderfully etched with flowers and scrolls, in an ornate 800 silver base, and with a very detailed silver neck, and twelve matching cordials in handled silver settings. The decanter is 8 1/4" high, 10 1/2" with the stopper, and measures just under 4 1/2" in diameter at the bottom. The glass is etched ...

This very attractive centerpiece is stamped with 800, the Continental silver standard, on the side. It has a wonderful scalloped beaded edge and fabulous cut-out border. The bowl stands 5 1/2" high and measures 8 7/8" across. It is in excellent condition with only very minor light polishing marks that are only noticeable on close inspection and do not detract.

This lovely Italian compact and matching lipstick holder are made from 800 silver which is the Continental standard. They come in their original blue felt cardboard box signed U. Bellini Florence on the front cover. The silver on both pieces has finely patterned lines which give a matte look that highlights the pretty indented shiny flowers in the corners and in the center and the two rows of dotted lines around the edges.
