This is a phenomenal doll! Her head is a swivel head on bisque shoulderplate. Blue paperweight eyes! She measures 23" tall. She is perfect without damages or repairs. She is also all original. She only has one silk stocking left on her foot. I thought she had both so the other may be around here. She is on the Gesland patent body which is the metal armature over which batting and cloth knit cover it.Her lower legs and arms are bisque. They are beautiful! The modeling is sensational. She has no chips or any problems of the bisque parts; She is all original with her tattered high style silk dress and train; her mohair wig is also hers along with the pate and jewelry. She retains her original lorgnette. One necklace she wears is replaced. She is incised 7 on back of her head. The doll is from an estate in La Jolla. She has never been undressed. Her painting is superb. Pale lovely bisque. I hate to see her go! We also received a very rare Bru automaton from this house which sold earlier.
