Top Quality Antique Classic Silk Bru Dress w/ Bonnet

This is a couture doll dress made of tan silk and tiny flowered plum silk that is in the coat dress style. Piping is used as decoration. It closes with hook and eye in front. It has the balleuse. It is circa 1880. The silk bonnet goes with it although it is not original to the dress. It is constructed in plum and tan silk as well. The dress and hat are in very good condition considering the age. There is some wear and light soil. It has ruching and pleating and lace at the edgings. Shown on a Bru Jne 4 which is 16", the dress measures 9" long; 3 1/2 at the shoulders and sleeves are 4 1/4". The bonnet is 6" over the top side to side. It is lined also. The bonnet included is the one NOT on the doll.
