EAPG Victorian Child VIRTUE Mug

This is a Victorian childs mug with the word VIRTUE on it. It is clear with opal color glass going through it with it being more opal on the bottom. There are alot of air bubbles in the glass. It has chips on the inside rim of mug. I also think it is just a crude cut almost like it was not sanded or something. There is also a crack on both sides on the very bottom rim of mug. There is some chips on or around those cracks. The mug does not leak and they are hard to see because of the color of the glass. Would look nice in a baby collection or would be neat to give as a Christening present as the babies first antique.
