1930 Felix The Cat 9 Piece Tea Set Volkstedt porcelain

This is a great set by Volkstedt porcelain made in Germany. It is a yellowish color with a lustre to it of tones of green and orange. It has 5 saucers that measure 4 1/2 inches in diameter. There are 2 cups that measure 2 inches high and 2 inches in diameter. There is a sugar without the lid and it measures 1 3/4 inches high and 3 3/4 inches wide from handle to handle. There is a lid but comes from a victorian style childrens tea set from the looks of it and fits pretty good with the exception of it being white. I bought it this way 20 years ago so will sell it this way. There is also a creamer and it measures 2 3/4 inches high and measures 3 1/4 inches wide. This is the only piece that has some chips and they are on the inside rim of the creamer. I think they can be sanded out. The creamer, sugar and cups are the only pieces with the Volkstedt mark. There is a little color loss and wear but not that much. Hopefully someone has more pieces to add to this collection. This is a great start for some collector.
