Victorian Child Whistle Mug Children Playing GERMANY

This is another great Victorian child's whistle mug. It is probably from around 1900-1910. It has a great transfer on the front with some lustre ware painting going around it. On the transfer it has a boy fishing and a girl watching him. There is some transfer gone towards the very bottom. There is a chip on the inside rim. It is more of a surface chip as the chip is only on the inside. I did mark it in the picture. There is also a smaller one on the other side. It is also a surface chip and only on the inside. There is some color on the back and it does have some scratches going through the paint and there is also a real small chip on the rim. It is a flea bite chip. It is marked Germany on the bottom with 07 in the inside of the circle and also a set of impressed numbers. The measurements are 3 inches high and the base is 2 1/2 inches in diameter and the top is 2 1/4 inches in diameter. Even with the chips it is really a great piece and they really are not that bad, more importantly they do not distract from the front. The whistle works great also. Another great whistle mug to add to any child's mug collection.
