This is a cute baby rattle with an engraved scene of Little Jack Horner on the front. It is probably from the 1930's. It is a nursery rhyme rattle. This rattle is just great. It has a pumpkin colored bakelite teething ring which is real fitting being It is of Peter The Pumpkin Eater. This is another nursery rhyme rattle that I have put on. It has an engraved scene of Peter running with a huge pumpkin. The way Peter is dressed with his hat it looks to be from the 1940's. It is marked Sterling on the back of rattle and on the back of the buckle.
