Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays actual shipping, handling, and insurance---no packaging fee charged. Professional shipping required on some items. Always glad to furnish an exact quote on shipping.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 20% restocking fee if the return is for a 'change of heart'. If our description is wrong or misleading, that fee is waived. We try very hard to describe all items acurately--we feel this is a fair policy.
