This is such a stunning little cocktail hat from the 1950s...great for any cocktail function or just for play, this beauty features a velvet wrapped wire form with fabulous layering of brilliant blue feathers that frame the face beautifully with a gorgeous blue velvet ribbon perched on top with a lovely arrangement of berries and leaves...condition is excellent and ready to wear, fitting nearly any sized head!!!
