Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for shipping and insurance.
First class USPS, padded envelope: $5.50, each additional item $1.00.
Priority Mail, by request, in a box: $10.00, additional item only $1.00
Insurance is highly recommended!
I cannot be responsible after the USPS takes over.
$1.75 up to $50.00, $2.65 up to $200.00
Questions or problems on items received MUST be e-mailed WITHIN 3 days of receipt.
International buyers please e-mail for actual costs!

Restocking Fee:
Your satisfaction is important, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns agreed upon, are cheerfully refunded.
Item in original condition, to be safely packaged and shipped.
Shipping insurance is highly recommended, for your protection.
Once received, in original condition, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, less shipping; 15% restocking fee may be charged.
