The artisan shop at Sweetpea Cottage has designed this stunning necklace featuring turquoise, freshwater pearl and sterling silver beads. At the base of the necklace is an elaborate sterling silver pendant set with beautifully figured turquoise and one lustrous freshwater pearl in a beribboned, bezel setting. Two strands form the necklace itself, both of which are studded with sterling beads in many shapes, turquoise chips and rounds, large freshwater pearls and utterly unique turquoise composite rounds. One strand is slightly longer than the other, which positions it slightly outside of the other one. The sterling silver toggle clasp is large, proportional to the size of the necklace, finishing the necklace with a flourish. The loop measures 1 inch across and the toggle is 1 ¾ inches long, providing a strong foundation for this substantial necklace. From one clasp end to the other, the necklace measures nearly 22 inches. The double strands can be twisted slightly to shorten the length, when necessary. This is a unique design, and no more of these necklaces will be crafted. Wear it with casual or dress-up clothes – it will make a statement that is sure to be noticed.
