Intended to be a serving tray, it would look best hanging on a wall in a special location. It measures 12 1/2 inches, by 8 1/2 inches, from the outside edges of each handle it is 13 /34 inches. Most likely a labor of love, this wonderful hanging plaque with two shelves is a real beauty. It measures approximately 18 inches long and is about 12 inches high. All hand-made out of pine, there is a border of incised squares that simulate woven reeding. Centering the piece is a honey stained field with incised cherry branches, leaves, and plump ripe fruit, all emphasized with some pyrographic outlining.
