PLEASE WAIT TO RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE BEFORE YOU PAY FOR YOUR ITEM(S).

Please email for an accurate shipping cost for the item you may intend to purchase.

Shipping prices and shipping times are based on postal services. Once your item has been paid for it is posted the same day or next morning.

U.S.A. and International Canada Post shipping rates are sometimes higher than within Canada.

If you would like insurance that can be arranged at the buyer’s request and expense, however, Canada Post insurance does NOT cover damage, only loss of parcel, i.e. if you never receive your parcel. There is not an insurance claim that covers breakage or recovery of postage costs by Canada Post.

I TAKE EVERY PRECAUTION WHEN PACKING YOUR ITEM(S) TO ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY TO YOU. If you receive your item and it is damaged, please contact me immediately, I will work at resolving any issues….however I cannot make recovery on any shipping costs incurred.

All my items come from a smoke free environment

Restocking Fee:
I charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.

All postage/shipping charges are not refundable, and any items that are returned are at the expense of the customer.

Other Information:
Payment is required within 7 days of purchase (including the first day). If payment is not received within this time frame, the item(s) will be returned to my stop inventory.

Non-Paying customers will be blocked from making future purchases from my Ruby Lane Shop.
