My pledge to you, the customer, is to respond as quickly as possible to all questions and purchase orders, generally withing 24 hours. I guarantee that all information I give you on any item is true and authentic to the best of my knowledge. I would never KNOWINGLY misrepresent an item or deliberately mislead a customer.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping costs and insurance. I do not charge a handling fee. Cost for shipping your purchase will be quoted to you at time of purchase or, when you as a customer, request it. We ship mainly through Canada Post.
Depending on your location, items can often take longer than expected to arrive plus we now have "customs" in the mix. So relax, be patient and your purchase will arrive.

Unfortunately, C.P. does not insure for damage but loss only. Any other method of shipping, for example by a Courier Service, can be determined on an individual basis. Please inquire. Please advise if you wish insurance.

Restocking Fee:
I fully honour the return policy as laid out by Ruby Lane.
There is no re-stocking fee provided item is returned in the same condition it was received.

Other Information:
Please note that the word vintage, when used in the context of clothing and accessories, means that these items have lived a great past life. Therefore, as they have been gently worn, they will not look like they just came from the mall. If a few tiny flaws created by normal wear makes you uncomfortable, I'd advise you not to buy.

I accept on-line Paypal (preferred), an International money order or a cashiers check.
