1960's Mod Dolly Sheath Style Black Velveteen Dress

This is such a sweet dress with it's black cotton velveteen body and cuffs and it's black sheer (silk?) chiffon sleeves and rolled collar that continues down the back which you could leave free or tie it.

I'd say that this sheath dress with it's length of 32" would be termed a mid-thigh mini and the styling is quite mod. There is a 19" metal zipper down the back.

Measurements Bust 36" Waist 31" Hip 36" Across back 15" Sleeves 23" The length of 32" is taken through the center bust front.

Condition is very good vintage. I can find no flaws worth mentioning.
