REDUCED Vintage 40's-50's Jewelery Case Navy for Travel Adorable

This is an absolutely sweet jewellery travel box with compartments for all manner of jewels and trinkets. It has a light navy (or dark blue) hard case exterior with brass colored locks plus a navy handle, perfect for carrying. The lid, when opened, has a rectangle mirror nestled in a navy fabric with a narrow piece of fabric that creates a pocket.

There are 5 compartments, 3 with tabbed lids for easy lifting. One of the 5 is narrow and another is square but has no lid, probably did, doesn't now.

Condition: It shows that this box has been loving used. It's not torn or cracked but would probably benefit from a thorough cleaning with a good vinyl cleaner. However somehow, with an item like this, gentle use adds to it's charm.

Fastener/locks still work, the mirror is good, the piece of fabric to hold the lid so that it doesn't fall backwards, is still in place and the handle is still fastened and functional.

I've tried to show it authentically in the pics but, you know how often the item is better "in the flesh" than the photos?, well this little lovely does just the opposite. On the other hand how bad can it be if pics don't pick it up? This gem is perfect for travel or on your dresser or in your jewelery drawer. So unusual and a conversation piece about gentler times.
