REDUCED 1960's Costume Jewellery Brooch Earring Set Brilliant Green Navettes Lilac Aurora Borealis Rhinestone Demi Parure

This high end costume earring and brooch set is absolutely stunning with it's vibrant emerald green, citrine and perfectly lovely lilac hues. The brilliant green (then again can look slightly turquoise) of the 11 navettes, that spray around the outer edge, is dominant with the other tones of the chaton cut rhinestones (1 large in center, 3 medium and 5 small) complimenting it beautifully. As is common with the aurora borealis stones, there are touches of elusive other tints depending on the light. The matching earrings are clip-on style and are equally as dazzling as the brooch. They boast 2 Navette cut and 3 chaton stones.

Each stone, in all the 3 pieces, is prong set in a highly polished gold tone metal which is bright as day, no signs of wear. All pieces are in excellent condition, with the exception of some wearing of the finish on the clip-on part of the earrings, they probably look as good today as when they were purchased back in the 50's.
