Our Service Pledge To You:
We respond to all orders as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. All items are guaranteed to be as described. Provenance, where known, is included.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Credit cards through Paypal only.

I offer FREE 1st class shipping on all jewelry within the USA. Jewelry is packed in a gift box and sent in a padded mailer. If you prefer priority shipping, there will be an extra charge of $3 per package.

All other items are shipped at cost. I do not charge for packing and handling, and will combine orders when possible. If I overcharge by more than $1, I will send a refund or give you credit on a future purchase.

Insurance: Most orders over $50 and all breakable items are insured. You may add insurance to any package at the current postal rates.

UPS is often more economical for large or heavy packages. Let me know if you prefer UPS or another service. Again, shipping is at cost.

Gifts: I am happy to gift wrap jewelry and small items at no charge.

Layaway - Yes, I do layaway. There is a small non-refundable deposit, which is credited towards your total. Please ask if you are interested.

Restocking Fee:
We reserve the right to charge a modest restocking fee on items that have been specially altered for the customer, such as bracelets that have been shortened or lengthened, or earrings converted to pierced or clips.

Other Information:
Items are be held for 1 week. If payment or arrangements are not made within this time, the item will be relisted for sale. Layaway is available - please ask!
